My subscription was canceled on April 5th, I paid my bill on the 7th of April, watched, and then on the 8th I was locked out. I went to my account and it told me that I could restore my purchase but gave me no way to do that.

I'm confused; now Zeus won't let me watch unless I subscribe and pay again, which is not fair. You have no problem taking consumers' money with no way for people to contact you with any discrepancies. I paid and can't get service. My email is maria3joyce57@***.com.

Can someone contact me about this issue? Because Zeus is uncontactable as well as unreliable, please contact me before I unsubscribe.

Zeus network customer service is horrible! they never respond to my issue that is still on going. I have been a great customer making payments and to have a payment took from me without any service or responds to my concern is unprofessional.

Hello, how are you doing? I am a member of the Zeus network, and my account is paid in full; however, I am not able to access any shows.

Everything is stating that it's locked, as if my account has not been paid, but I have bank statements stating that the payment was taken out of my account on January 28, 2026. I would like to be contacted for the issue to be resolved.

Account deletion cancellation

I think kids my age and older would really connect with the show and it would give them something fun and exciting to watch that also feels real and true. Well also have fun activities and cool things happening not just drama!!!
