My subscription was canceled on April...
- - Subscription canceled Apr 5, payment Apr 7, locked out Apr 8.
- - There is no way to contact support.
My subscription was canceled on April 5th, I paid my bill on the 7th of April, watched, and then on the 8th I was locked out. I went to my account and it told me that I could restore my purchase but gave me no way to do that.
I'm confused; now Zeus won't let me watch unless I subscribe and pay again, which is not fair. You have no problem taking consumers' money with no way for people to contact you with any discrepancies. I paid and can't get service. My email is maria3joyce57@***.com.
Can someone contact me about this issue? Because Zeus is uncontactable as well as unreliable, please contact me before I unsubscribe.

Zeus network customer service is horrible! they never respond to my issue that is still on going. I have been a great customer making payments and to have a payment took from me without any service or responds to my concern is unprofessional.

Account deletion cancellation

I've been trying to delete this account since I got it y'all purposely make it difficult and make it to where we have to contact our provider just have it canceled. it's completely ridiculous I do not have a Roku account so I don't know why I'm being told to access my Roku account to cancel I should be able to cancel something from the actual homepage this is insane

I live in Charleston, South Carolina. Im writing this letter because I really want to create a show on your network and I hope youll take the time to read and think about my idea
The show I want to make is called Bad Kids Of SC and its made for middle schoolers ages 13 and up but only ages 12-14 Grades (6-8) Parents should be around too for supervision so everyone feels safe and comfortable watching. The show will be full of real moments that kids deal with! There may be drama and sometimes fighting., but there will also be fun, laughter, and learning.
We will show kids being themselves , solving problems , having friendships , and figuring things out.
Its not just about bad behavior its about showing the real side of growing up and how we can grow through tough times.
I think kids my age and older would really connect with the show and it would give them something fun and exciting to watch that also feels real and true. Well also have fun activities and cool things happening not just drama!!!

The cast member Scotty is the subject of my concerns because it appears that the show is acting biasedly toward other cast members. While the Zeus Network allows everyone to fight on the show, Scotty is well protected and is not permitted to fight with other cast members. In my view, this is unfair to the other cast members who participate in the show, and one cast member should not be given special treatment!
